It doesn’t matter where you started, just start! My client Shaun had come to me after attending a Crossfit gym for 2 years, and seeing no results. There, they failed to teach him the fundamentals like proper form, especially when it comes to body weight workouts. After getting swindled into paying for 2 years membership, Shaun resulted with 2 “Strict” pull ups(apparently that’s not the way they normally do pull ups), lower back pain, and more body fat % than when he first started.
