Strict form muscle up 10x NO kip NO movement, just pull up. 2. I don't even know what to call this but I did it 10x each arm lol... 3. Jump on the bar 10x Please be careful with this one.. 4. Lsit to Handstand press 10x Try to do as many as you can consecutively without letting go. 5. Weighted pull ups 15x No swing, perfect form always..my vest was 40lbs 6. Weighted dips 20x Full range of motion, not too fast. 7. Weighted push ups 20x Keep your body straight, no bananas. 4ROUNDS There it is hope you all enjoy :) Let me know how it goes if you try!
